Red Circle Publishing and Cultural Exchange International (RCPCE) is a LLC company registered in Ohio, the United States. Its founder and Chairman is Professor Stephen Songsheng Chen (www.stephenschen.com), the author of "Red Circle, China and Me, 1949-2009", an autobiography that has won four best book awards in 2010. RCPCE is and will be wholeheartedly devoted to promote, produce and publish more China and America related books, films, TV series and cultural exchanges, not to dwell on the misfortunes of the past or to glory in the present successes, but to better understand China, America and the world of today and to help realize the promise of a better tomorrow.
